WCI Communities Inc at 502 Veneto Boulevard, Nokomis, Florida.

We bought a brand new home in the Venetian Golf and River Club from WCI. We immediately had numerous problems with the home construction including: cabinets, appliances, counter tops, flooring, doors, shutters, painting, drywall, air conditioning vents, garage door openers, and faucets. These problems were eventually fixed, however it cost us over 350 hours of our time to wait for workers, manage workers, emails, and phone calls. This went on for 6 months. We asked WCI for compensation for our time and stress and they told us we were not significantly impacted. Think hard before you buy from these guys!
